This workshop is designed to enhance your physical and mental preparation for childbirth.

You will learn specialised pregnancy and postnatal exercises to increase strength, reduce aches & pains, improve core & pelvic floor function, and aid in a safe return to exercise after having a baby.

Together, we will also navigate the labour and birth process, and practice essential breathing and relaxation techniques so that you can feel confident and prepared each step of the way.
