What's Covered?

The Nurture & Thrive workshop is thoughtfully designed to fit your busy schedule, taking place over two Saturdays, two weeks apart. Each session runs for 4 hours, offering a balanced and immersive experience without feeling overwhelming. This format allows you to absorb valuable knowledge, practice new skills, and reflect on what you’ve learned between sessions. Fees:

$480 (includes birthing parent and support person)

  • The full workshop fee is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

  • A $145 non-refundable deposit will be retained in the event of cancellation.

  • It is recommended to complete both workshop sessions by week 37 of your pregnancy. However, attending early in your third trimester is encouraged to fully benefit from the physical preparation, ensuring optimal support for pregnancy, labour, and beyond.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the workshop are eligible for a refund, less the non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable.

  • If the workshop is canceled by the instructor, you will receive a full refund.

Minimum Participants:
A minimum of 3 participants is required for the workshop to proceed.

A "go with the flow" attitude leading into your birth can be helpful, however an "Informed go with the flow" attitude provides you with both knowledge and confidence so that you are able to make the best decisions for you and your baby.
